In the event that a sample fails quality control (QC) / the lab rejects the sample, there is no need to pay full test charges again , we send you replacement kit for free but the customer has the option to submit a new sample, subject to an additional Shipping / fedex fee of ₹4,500.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for the GIMAP test if the customer chooses not to proceed with the retest.
