Selfdecode Terms and Conditions:
In the event that a sample fails quality control (QC), the customer has the option to submit a new sample, subject to an additional fee of ₹5,600.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for the SelfDecode test if the customer chooses not to proceed with the retest.
